Jennifer Goldblatt began her Federal career with the U.S. Department of the Interior in 2003 as a Presidential Management Fellow in Washington, DC. Throughout her career she has provided advice and guidance to Department career and political leadership on a host of issues related to oil and gas leasing, revenue collection, compliance, and transparency. In addition, she has successfully managed bureau level budget, performance, congressional, public affairs, and internal communications programs. In January 2023, Ms. Goldblatt joined the newly established Orphaned Wells Program Office and as Deputy Director is working to institutionalize oversight of Section 40601 of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Legislation and create an organization committed to transforming a legacy of environmental pollution into a legacy of environmental stewardship.

Ms. Goldblatt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Austin College and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. In her free time, she enjoys reading, visiting museums, paddleboarding, and consuming entirely too much iced coffee. She resides in Denver, Colorado with her teenage daughter, a yappy, little dog, and a moody cat.
