Clint’s operational expertise is grounded in three years as a Field Operations production operator and five years in field supervisory roles. During this period, he directly led the commissioning, startup, and ongoing operations of more than 30 offshore facilities, demonstrating both technical proficiency and leadership.

A significant contribution from Clint was his leadership in developing a Technical Services team dedicated to the continuous improvement of Noble Energy’s Gulf of Mexico operations. His vision extended to the grassroots establishment of Noble Energy’s first EHS department, where he became the driving force behind the NO HARM journey.
