He holds an MBA from Tulane University, a dual B.S./B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas, and executive certifications from Harvard Business School and MIT. Mr. Hofmann’s background spans energy, finance, and technology, with leadership roles at Future Petroleum, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, Wolters Kluwer, and IBM Global Services. An honorably discharged U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he combines operational discipline and financial rigor to scale ventures that deliver measurable environmental and economic value.
