Rob Schuwerk is a former litigator for Paul, Weiss in New York and Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York. He spent over a decade leading the North America office of Carbon Tracker before coming to lead Redwater Insights, the research arm of the Polluter Pays Project. He has been working on the legal, financial, accounting, and policy implications of AROs since 2019.
