Mr. Bulloch is a founding partner and President of Capstone Well Integrity, a Calgary-based company that specializes in well integrity risk management and blowout recovery. He has worked in the upstream oil and gas industry exclusively since 1995. Dwight has worked with several service companies, as a well site supervisor and as operations manager at Suncor Energy. Throughout his career, Mr. Bulloch has managed well control activities in drilling, completions, workovers, and abandonment environments, as well as accumulated processes to provide an immeasurable depth to Capstone’s blowout recovery division. He has spent 15 years as a blowout recovery team member. He has natural leadership skills and extensive understanding of hazard assessment, wellbore design, fluid dynamics, and surface intervention.
