Edber has worked with Los Angeles City Planning a little under 10 years with his most recent assignment focusing on oil well sites and zoning/land use regulations. Prior to that, Edber worked on implementing Zoning Code provisions for various land uses, including requirement compliance for projects with community benefits agreements and environmental impact reports. A lifelong Angeleno, Edber looks forward to both the opportunities and challenges concerning idle wells and the redevelopment of oil well sites across the City of Los Angeles.
