Luisa Da Silva is Iron & Earth’s Executive Director, a non-profit for strengthened economic and climate resilience, sustainable energy solutions and meaningful careers. Ms. Da Silva’s has been invited to share her expertise at Canada’s House of Commons and Senate, Global Affairs CUSMA Trilateral Forum on Workforce Development in North America, Canada’s Net-Zero Advisory Body, German Secretariat of the Energy Partnership with Canada, Government of Canada’s Workforce Summit, Germany’s Federal Foreign Office “Structural Change in Germany” program, and led Iron & Earth to win the international Ashoka Green Skills Innovator challenge. Ms. Da Silva is a professional geoscientist, has worked globally in mining, oil and gas, education, and conservation, and holds a BSc (McMaster), and EMBA (Warwick).
